During a 2019-8-25 Tsuen Wan protest, a Hong Kong preacher knelt down and begged the police to stop shooting innocent citizens, only to be kicked aside. Christians, to my understanding, only kneel on both knees to God. "Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him" (1 Kings 19:18 KJV) ."But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up" [Daniel 3:18 KJV] .
In fact, Christians should practice kungfu well. Abraham, Jacob, Moses, David were all great chivalrous fighters. "Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword," said Jesus (Matthew 10: 34 KJV). Jesus himself valiantly swept the Holy Temple clean and engaged in heated verbal exchanges with the Pharisees. Don't you think that acting cowardly is a Christian's good testimony.
