Hong Kong launched a new response mechanism for infectious diseases on Jan. 4, setting it to “serious” level in response to the outbreak of a mystery new viral pneumonia in Wuhan, China. The head of the University of Hong Kong's Centre for Infection, Ho Pak-leung, has warned that the city should implement the strictest possible monitoring system for the unknown virus that has infected dozens of people on the mainland, as it is highly possible that the illness is spreading from human to human. The city where the outbreak occurred is home to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, one of the country's top virology labs, which conducts work on emerging viruses. A biological warfare against Hong Kong?
First, China is launching a biological warfare against Hong Kong in order to exterminate Hongkongers by way of a mega virus manufactured in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, because the 2003 July 1 Mass Rally, the 2014 Umbrella Revolution, the 2016 Fishball Revolution, and especially the 2019 Anti-Extradition Law Movement or Time Revolution have shown Hongkongers to be a nation that will not be slaves to the totalitarian regime of CCP. But probably, China will be hoisted by its own petard.
China began to plan the building of the Wuhan national bio-safety level four lab of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Wuhan P4 lab) after the 2003 SARS, and the lab was launched in 2018. Towards the end of 2019, the mystery virus first popped up in Wuhan.
P4 laboratory is currently the top bio-safety laboratory as well as a large-scale device dedicated to the research of the most deadly infectious diseases. Viruses such as Ebola virus, which are highly dangerous to the human body yet sans prevention and cure, are to be researched in P4 laboratory. Therefore, the P4 laboratory is known as the "aircraft carrier" in the field of virology.
China Keeps H7N9 Samples from USA
As the New York Times reported in Aug. 2018, China has verified samples of a new strain of avian flu called H7N9. It’s a dangerous virus that could cause massive problems if it were to spread throughout an unprepared population, but despite repeated requests from US officials it seems China has little interest in helping the United States study the strain.
God Intends to Smite China & Free HK as in Exodus?
Second, God intends to smite China and free Hong Kong from the red dragon by means of a deadly virus. According to the Bible, God often punishes sinful nations with a plague. Third, as Chairman Xi Jinping's aggressive diplomatic policies have provoked the free world to contain China and he has made himself President for life, other senior CCP members whose interests have been compromised by him may hate him so much that they want to cause national chaos and his downfall by spreading a dangerous virus in the country.
A Tool of the US?
Fourth, the deadly virus may be a tool employed by the United States to put an end to China, the biggest threat to US national security, without having to resort to a formal military war. In Oct 2019 US Sec. of State Mike Pompeo stressed that China was focused on international domination and needed to be confronted by the USA. "China is biggest foreign threat to America," said action group set up by former US ambassador to UN Nikki Haley in 2019. Enemies of the United States have mostly met with a tragic ending. The former Soviet Union is a case in point. And most recently, Iran's most powerful military commander, Gen Qasem Soleimani, has been killed by a US air strike in Iraq.

Since New Year's Eve, the authorities in Wuhan have reported 44 people coming down with pneumonia where the cause is unknown. Eleven of those have been described as "severe cases".
