根據日內瓦公約（四）一九七七年第一附加議定書第46（1）條規定：武裝部隊成員任何成員喬裝從事間諜活動，落入敵方手中，不得享有戰俘權利，可視為間諜處置。根據一九零七年海牙公約Hague Convention of 1907陸地戰爭法第二章第二十九條，在防線後方喬裝的間諜不會獲得戰俘地位，得起訴，可處決。根據美國統一軍事司法法典第一零六條Article 106 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice，武裝部隊控制管轄範圍內潛伏的間諜，規定強制處決。香港現正進行時代革命，全民戰爭，關乎全港七百萬人生死存亡，任何喬裝為革命者的奸細匪諜，都嚴重危及大眾安全，一旦捉到，必須嚴懲。所以八月十三晚，革命民眾在機場發現中共間諜，搜身查證，施加些少體罰（其實太輕，比起克警對付義士的齷齪手段，微不足道），不予放行，非常合理，至少合乎戰爭法。可笑可恨泛民左膠，昧於國際常識，環境時局，竟當場保護兩名中國公安特務，事後還怪責抗爭者難為他們，破壞反送中形象！ Pic credit: RTHK FB link: https://www.f
